We currently only ship to mainland UK addresses (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

Delivery costs.
FREE delivery on all orders over £30.
Delivery on orders under £30 costs only £2.95.

Shipping and delivery.
Goods are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery 1-3 days (92% arrive the next day) or Parcel Force courier service, depending on the weight of the parcel. Upon dispatch, we will email you a tracking number.
We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours.
Our stock levels are updated throughout the day, but in the unlikely event that one of your ordered items is out of stock (which rarely happens), we will contact you with an expected delivery date (usually within a week) giving you the option to wait, exchange or cancel your order.

Discretion.
All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.

Security.
All goods will be dispatched in a box and will require a signature.
If you are out at time of delivery, the postman will leave you a card with details on how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you.
Parcels are kept for 7 days (Royal Mail) or 5 days (Parcel Force) for you to collect or rearrange delivery. After this time they will be sent back to us.
If you would like us to re-send your order, a shipping fee of £2.95 will apply on all orders.

Delivery to an alternative address.
If you are not going to be in and don't want the hassle of collecting your parcel from the depot, we can deliver to a different address as long as your billing address is the same as your credit/debit card address.
