Hassle free returns policy.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may exchange unused and unopened products within 14 days for alternative items or a refund.

Please contact us if sending anything back so that it can be dealt with immediately without any delay.

Non faulty goods.
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. Non faulty items can only be returned if the following conditions are met.

1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.

Faulty goods.
For battery operated items, please check using a different set of batteries and check that they are fitted correctly before returning.

If a product is defective, please explain the fault in a covering letter and return it with its original box, with all manuals and accessories within 14 days, for a full refund or replacement.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working.

Please make sure the items are clean before returning.

If you email us we can provide a free post returns address. Goods should be sent using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels on the way back to us.

Cancellations.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from the day of delivery. No questions asked.

If you cancel your order before dispatch, then a full refund will be given.

If you cancel your order after dispatch, a full refund will be given minus any shipping costs on the return of the goods. If goods have been dispatched by courier and you fail to pick up the parcel and it is returned to us, additional charges will be incurred by us from our courier firm so these will be deducted from your refund.

If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by us will not be refunded on the return of the goods.
