I can't believe how good this penis pump is for the price. To be honest I wasn't expecting much from a pump this cheap, but I couldn't afford the more expensive ones, so if you're on a budget like me, go for this one. The hand pump is so easy to use, and the latex sleeve around the base is very comfy and doesn't lose any suction. In brief, it does a good job. Not sure about results yet as I've only had it for a week, but it feels good. Thumbs up from me.
